RICK BROWN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With 14 years of experience, Rick Brown brings vital insight to navigating the ever-changing complexities of the long-term care industry and its impact on the communities they serve.  The combination of his degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University and many years as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, has given Brown the unique perspective of correlating a nursing facility’s financial solvency with the ability to provide quality care to the aging population.  It has additionally afforded him the opportunity to expand this knowledge base into outpatient therapy, assisted living, and senior independent HUD-subsidized housing.  Now, Brown’s passion is utilizing these experiences to create market growth opportunities; specifically focusing on long-term care facility acquisitions, renovations, and expansions throughout Florida.

ZACH EISNER, ESQ.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Zack Eisner is an attorney licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey with experience in elder law and trusts and estates. Mr. Eisner has helped clients craft estate plans ranging from the simple to the complex and works to protect the assets of his clients. He has experience in wills, trusts, and probate, as well as litigation. With experience in planning for long-term care, Mr. Eisner can craft the right plan for those in need, coordinating available resources to ensure quality of life, and advise families accordingly.

MICHAEL JOSEPH, ESQ.

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

Michael Joseph is an attorney licensed in the State of Florida with experience in complex litigation in federal and state courts. Including elder trusts, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and debt, as well as intricate local relations involving code compliance and comprehensive land use planning. Michael has responsibility for Medicaid Excel’s legal and regulatory affairs. He previously worked for the Federal Government drafting administrative appeal briefs.
